I didn’t just grow up in the industry — I bled for it.
I took one barbershop and scaled it into a multi-location brand, built a thriving medical aesthetics business from scratch, and created a consulting platform that now helps shop owners all over the country scale with confidence.
Today, my companies serve tens of thousands of clients, employ over 100+ professionals, and continue to raise the bar across grooming, self-care, and business strategy.
But none of it was handed to me. I’ve lived through the chaos — long hours, low margins, team drama, and the feeling that no matter how hard I worked, I was still stuck inside the business.
