I’ve worked in the hair and self-care world for years. I’ve owned barbershops, medical spas, and even started a school. I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the stressful parts of running a business in this space.

I started Blend Advisory because I saw something missing.

So many shop owners are doing amazing work — but they’re tired, stressed, and trying to figure it all out on their own. They care deeply about their team and clients, but don’t always have the tools or support to grow the business side of things.

That’s where Blend comes in.

Blend Advisory helps shop owners get clear, stay focused, and grow strong. I’m building it to be the resource I wish I had when I started out — something real, helpful, and made for our world.
